We’ve heard so many great things about Surf Expo in Orlando, Florida. We’re convinced that our totes will show well alongside the beachwear and we hope that beachside boutique owners will line up to write orders.
Lovers of sun, surf and all things beach or water related say they never miss Surf Expo. This year the West Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center will play host to the largest and longest running board sport and beach lifestyle trade show in the world.
Surf Expo features more than 2500 exhibitors ranging from major boat manufacturers to new and emerging artisans dedicated to global economic development. Buyers from all around the world know that they will find the latest and greatest products and most innovative offerings to be had in the resort lifestyle arena. Surf Expo attracts buyers for major stores and small trendy boutiques.
More than simply a trade show allowing buyers and suppliers to meet and network in the Florida sun, the Surf Expo also features fashion shows, technology demonstrations, and an awards ceremony recognizing the most progressive movers in the industry across a wide array of categories.
NY NOW – February 6 - 9, 2022
NY NOW was the first trade show we ever attended, and we were so grateful for the assistance of staff at NY NOW’s Rising Artisans program who coached us on how to prepare and what to expect. We were surrounded by other artisan groups marketing their handmade products from all over the world. We were a perfect fit in NY NOW’s Rising Artisans program and we made fast friends with other exhibitors. During our second show with NY NOW, our nonprofit was awarded with NY NOW’s Diversity Advocate Award.
The NY NOW Trade Show began in 1931 and today can best be summed up in one word -- diversity. Wholesale buyers will find established brands showcasing their latest designs, but the real stars of the show are always the items being featured by new and exciting designers, artisans, and craft creators from all around the world. Fully 70% of the exhibitors at NY NOW are there to launch new products. This is because NY NOW is the place to be seen by and have a chance to connect with buyers from every sector of the spectrum from major department stores to trendy pocket boutiques.
NY NOW features an award ceremony where special recognition is given to exhibitors who go above and beyond to help foster a global culture of inclusiveness and equal opportunity for artisans, creators, and designers all over the world. NY NOW is a massive event that has worldwide impact. Nowhere else can you find a more eclectic and welcoming group of people with a wider understanding of the humanity behind the products displayed than at the NY NOW.
Dallas Market Center – June 2022
We attended the Dallas Market Center Total Home & Gift Show in June 2021, and we look forward to returning to the Gift and/or Apparel Shows in 2022.
For more than 60 years, the Dallas Market Center Apparel and Gift Shows have held the reputation of being the friendliest expo in the United States. A key stop for buyers, especially for smaller boutiques and medium sized retailers in mid-America, it is the place to find cutting edge and up-to-date trends across a wide variety of product lines.
For importers, creators and designers, the Dallas Market Center presents the opportunity for their latest to be seen by industry movers, shakers and influencers without the need to travel to far-flung places like New York or Los Angeles. The Dallas Market Center combines Southern hospitality with the latest offerings from some of the hottest emerging designers from around the world. The Dallas Market’s Apparel show places special emphasis on fair trade products and goods from emerging economies, like the handmade products from JungleVine® Eco-Friendly Products.
